The 4R (Rehab Race, Run & Ride) 2018 program, is the first ever program for People with Disabilities (OKU), civilians and residents of the PPUM organized by the Medical Department of Rehabilitation, University Malaya Medical Center. The main goal of the program is to embark on a family spirit to reduce the gap between discriminatory disability and the public. In addition, to increase the acceptance of the public on disability capabilities in line with the theme selected, Inclusion For All.

Opening and launching of the participants was officiated by YB Tuan Haji Khalid Abd Samad, Minister of Federal Territory on 27 October 2018 at the Botanical Gardens, Putrajaya. Also present were Prof. Madya Dr. Nazirah bint Hasnan, Clinical Deputy Director (Medical) and Prof. Madya Dr. Julia Patrick Engkasan, Head of Rehabilitation Medicine Department of University Malaya Medical Center and YBhg Datuk Dr. Aminuddin Bin Hassim, President of Perbadanan Putrajaya.

359 participants who participated in running events, biking and wheelchairs. The number of participants based on the category is 65 disabled, 255 staffs/public and 39 children. All participants receive t-shirts, medals, food and “goodies bags” and e-certificates. Prizes are also available for first and third winners for Men and Women from each category.

Various activities such as aerobics, exhibitions, quizzes, fun games and food trucks are also available. The result of the 4R run will be donated to the PPUMCare Children and Fundraising Club.
