Since the year 1966, the Nursing Administration has gone through a lot of changes in its organisation. In the beginning The Nursing Administration was lead by The Nursing Director (till 1969 name changed to Chief Matron) and assisted by 3 Grade I Nursing Supervisors, who manage the Phase 1, 2 and 3 services.

Every First Grade Nursing supervisor is helped by 2 Grade II supervisors. They are all known as Matron. All responsibilities are given according to the unit specifications. If there arises problems which cannot be solved at Grade I Nursing supervisor or grade II supervisors, it will then be referred to the Chief Matron.
