  1. The College of Health Sciences*, University Malaya Medical Centre provides academic transcripts and training verification for the following NURSING AND ALLIED HEALTH PROGRAMS ONLY.
  • Certificate in Renal Nursing
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Diploma in Radiography
  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
  • Advanced Diploma in Nursing

*   Please take note that we DO NOT provide academic transcripts and training verification for Bachelor in Nursing Sciences and Doctor of Medicine.

  1. All applications for academic transcripts and training verification SHALL :
  • be made via email to ksk@ummc.edu.my
  • attach a copy of proof of payment; AND
  • attach a copy of the applicant’s certificate
  1. Please ensure that applications for academic transcripts and training verification are made to the correct recipient. To prevent any errors, please check the original certificate of applicants and program of study. Applications for academic transcripts and training verification for Bachelor in Nursing Sciences and Doctor of Medicine are to be made via email to graduand.um.edu.my or umgvc.um.edu.my

  1. With effect from 1 August 2019, all applications for academic transcript and training verification shall be charged the following fees:
