Teaching Methodology Workshop


Overview of the Workshop

The Teaching Methodology Workshop is designed to provide staffs with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, skills and attitude in teaching. This workshop was set up to provide staff with micro-teaching skills to improve teaching and practice in  their workplace. Theoretical aspects include the teaching and learning process, presentation skills and teaching plan.

Structure of the Workshop

The participants must complete a total of 5 days of the workshop including micro-teaching presentations. At the end of 5 days, participants will be awarded with Certificate in Teaching Methodology.

Assessment & Evaluation in Clinical Education


Overview of the Course

This Course is designed to provide nursing staff especially existence of preceptor, Clinical Instructor or Clinical Educator where these nurses are among the professionals who should be trained with the latest knowledge and practical aspects related to assessment and evaluation. The course will be cover the purpose, types and principles of assessment in clinical area.

Participants must complete one day course. At the end of the day, participants will be awarded with Certificate and 6 CPD.

Effective Clinical Supervision: Looking At The Brand New Way


Overview of the Course

The Course is designed to provide the clinical staff’s especially clinical instructor or clinical educator with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and attitude in clinical teaching. Health Care professionals who hold supervisory responsibilities need to be proficient in the basics of supervision including including what and how they can perform it effectively. The Malaysian Nursing Board strongly supports clinical supervision in the nursing professional code of conduct, believing that clinical supervision is essential if the profession is to develop nursing practice in the best interest of patients.

Structure of the Workshop

Participants must complete one day course. At the end of the day, participants will be awarded with Certificate and 6 CPD.

Patient Navigation in Cancer Care


Overview of the Course

This Course is designed to provide the nursing staff especially existence of Oncology Nurses and Clinical Instructor or Clinical Educator where these nurses are among the professionals who should be trained to become patient navigators. The course will cover the concept the principle of patient navigation. in addition, participants also learn about the process and task as a patient navigator throughout the patient cancer journey.

Participants must complete one day course. At the end of the day, participants will be awarded with Certificate and 6 CPD.
