Accept referral from other hospitals, whenever possible.

Refer patient to other hospital, when necessary.

Be prepared to listen, accept clients’ complaints, and take the necessary measures immediately.

Provide clients with choices to accept treatment or to participate in research, after explaining the implications.

Conduct clinical research using scientific inquiry and based on guidelines of medical ethics.
