Pharmacy Night 2007

Pharmacy Night 2007 is an annual event held to honour the academic and non-academic achievers of the Pharmacy Students, University of Malaya. This year, with the theme “Blossom in Time, Beauty in Prime’”, the grand event was held on the 12th of January 2007 at the Crown Princess Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

The night had Prof. Zahurin Mohammad as the Guest of Honour, representing the Dean, to officiate the grand celebration. The night was also attended by the President of the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society, Mr John Chang, as well as representatives from sponsoring pharmaceutical companies. Of course, all members of the Pharmacy Department just couldn’t miss this awaited event. Head of Department , lecturers and staffs were !all there to join the fun.

The night was well celebrated with performances much to the guests’ delights such as movie screening, fashion show, dances, singing and music video all from the works of the pharmacy students.

Kudos to the director, Ms Wong Wai Kee together with her team for certainly making it a night to remember. Best wishes to all the prize winners and hopefully this will encourage all students to reach the stars in their studies and soft skills.
