What should you do when there is a fire breakout? Remember 3L - Lawan (Put out the fire), Lapor (Report), Lari (Run). Try to fight to put out the fire as much as you can, find a safe place to stay away from the fire and call the emergency line at 999. That was one of the lesson obtained from the Fire Drill Routine held yesterday (28 March 2017) at our nurses hostel sharp at 10pm.
Thanks to the Fire and Rescue Department of the Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory lead by YS PKPjB Hj. Khirudin bin Drahman @ Husaini for sending in their rescue team consisting of 5 separate fire departments around our area to put out the ''''fire'''' and rescuing the ''''victims''''. Our student nurses were also briefed and shown a demo on how to put out small fire breakouts of any unwanted incidences. May this exercise benefit our student nurses and and our own disaster team.
