In progress today till February 8th, 2017 is our Risk Management Workshop attended by all Head of Departments of UMMC to ensure the continuity of our strategic plan. The 5 core elements of the risk management consist of teaching, research, medical services, fundings and infrastructures of UMMC.
The workshop is in collaboration with Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) as part of our transformation program towards a better service delivery as well as a part of our initiatives towards a more effective and efficient service in the future.

UMMC would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the MMC Corporation Berhad team for their charity visit as part of their CSR initiative today. They had cheered up more than 30 patients from two separate wards namely our pediatric oncology ward and our general paediatrics ward. Joining and leading the team today is the Group Managing Director himself Dato'' Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh of the MMC Board of Directors. Making the visit more meaningful, Dato'' Sri is accompanied by his family. Goodie bags were given out to each patients and the team had spend the time with the patient''s family for a more meaningful morning during the weekends.
Thank you sir for choosing UMMC! We do hope that this initiative would be a great start for other visits and collaboration in the future!

We would like to extend our thanks to Mr. Dass and Mr. Wong of the Prostate Cancer Society Malaysia (PCSM) for a humble visit to our Paediatrics Cancer Ward. Making the visit more meaningful to the patients, Red Packets of Ang Pau Giveaway was extended to all patients in conjunction with the Chinese New Year Celebration.
The Prostate Cancer Society of Malaysia (PCSM) is a non-governmental organisation which aims to provide support, education and lifestyle changes to prostate cancer survivors and caregivers. It is the sole platform for prostate cancer survivors in Malaysia to share their thoughts, feelings and experience with one another and also with newly diagnosed patients so that they can continue to lead a normal, healthy lifestyle.
