Department of Corporate Relations

Public Relation Department is responsible to safeguard the excellent image of UMMC. The image is to be enhanced and improved through understanding, acceptance, belief, confidence and tolerance gained from quality, efficient and effective services to the clients of UMMC. 

  • Administration and Complaints Section
- manage and carry out administrative tasks and customer complaints
- manage telephone networking and fax
- prepare monthly report of complaints to Board of Management Meeting
  • Event Management and Media Section
- organise and manage official events and visits
- prepare souvenirs
- organise meetings, dialogues and press conference
- issue press releases/ statements
- administer display content on printed, electronic and social media
  • Islamic Affairs and Welfare Section
- manage Muslim corpses and welfare of Muslim patients
- carry out religious classes and activities
- publish religious reading materials
- monitor prayer rooms needs in UMMC
  • Customer Service Section
- control over operator console for line connection, and to provide UMMC general information. 
- assist communication system during disaster occurence.
